The sealing procedure is performed in
stages:
- Analysis of the problem area: joints, walls, panels
in panel houses.
- Selection of insulating material (it can be mastic, assembly foam, Vilaterm
or a combination thereof).
- Cleaning of the surface and voids: removal of moisture, dirt,
debris, degreasing the surface.
- Application of compositions over the entire area, even
distribution. If necessary, additional insulation sealing of joints between panels is carried
out.
- Removal of excess materials.
- Sealing with special
compositions.
After drying, the insulating
materials will fill the
entire free area, creating a powerful protection. This will not only prevent moisture from getting
inside, but also significantly reduce the heat loss of the residential facility. If you are
interested in the cost of sealing the joints between the panels, it depends on the amount of work
and the materials used. You can check the approximate amount with the employees of the company by
phone or in the office.
Sealing work is not the only expense facing
the customer. The cost of the materials with which the masters will carry out the sealing is
calculated separately.
Their consumption depends on:
The method by which the caulking will be performed.
The complexity of the work.
The depth of
joints and voids.
We have been
sealing interpanel
joints for a long time and maintain a loyal pricing policy. Due to this clients do not have to
overpay.
The cost of waterproofing and insulation (caulking) is
calculated individually and in advance. This allows the client to plan the cost of work on the seams
in the house.
Options for caulking
Primary sealing of panel joints
This work is
done when building a house to insulate the interpanel joints. All internal voids in the joints
between the joints are filled with a special insulation material. Then the outer side is covered
with sealant, which 100% protects against moisture in the insulated room.
Secondary sealing of interpanel joints
This
sealing of joints is carried out without opening the joint. In this case, the sealant is laid on a
layer of previous sealant or over the joint (these works should be carried out 7-15 years after the
primary sealant and the entire old coating).
Secondary sealing of
joints with the opening
During these works, the
old sealant and
insulation is completely removed, then clean the surface. In the course of work in the treatment of
panel joints, the joints are filled with new insulation and sealed with new sealant (this is
necessary for constant leaks, drafts from the gaps, the destruction of the old joints).
"Warm joint".
The specifics of such work on
the treatment of interpanel joints is as follows. First, the joint is carefully cleaned from the
past insulation. Then paint is removed, as well as other unnecessary building materials. All these
works on the execution of the interpanel joints are done manually. The joints are then sealed and at
the same time, a special insulation material is laid. After the materials harden, a special sealant
is applied. In this way a high degree of sealing is achieved.
